Joanne, your Non-Traditional Realtor

Hello, my name is Joanne Zinck and I have lived in Nova Scotia all my life. Nature and homes are my passion, and I love to connect with homeowners or potential homeowners and work with them on their journey of buying and selling. 

My approach and website are not traditional. Unlike many other Realtors, I do not focus on showcasing listings because they are easily accessible on REALTOR.ca. Instead, my objective is to help inform you about buying and selling homes, and be your resource for any questions you may have.  We are all unique in our own way and have unique scenarios and life challenges. I thrive on finding solutions and helping you navigate the process as well as share my experience and knowledge with you as we embark on a new chapter.

My Mission

As a Realtor, I want to help you envision the space that can accommodate your needs, working closely together to create the best possible outcome.

Together with my husband Mike, I owned and operated Uniacke Insulators Limited for twenty seven years prior to retiring it in 2022. Running a business was extremely rewarding, not only because of the people I met but the experience I gained regarding new construction, heritage homes, cottages and older dwellings.

I have a passion for homes and added an accreditation in Decluttering and Interior Design to my portfolio.
Entering Real Estate was a natural progression, allowing me to help others realize the potential of homes.
